                                             We want to inform you that our standard operating hours for responding to quotes are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We will dedicate ourselves to providing timely and efficient menus with a quote during these times.

To ensure the highest quality of service for your event, we kindly request a minimum notice of 2 weeks for bookings. Additionally, at least three days before the event, we prefer to have the final guest count confirmation, allowing us to prepare and deliver the exceptional experience you expect.

For any urgent matters or if you need to contact us outside of our regular hours, especially over the weekend, please call us at (858) 900-1065. We understand that situations can arise unexpectedly, and we're here to assist you.
