14. How is pricing determined? Our pricing is customized for each event, based on several factors including: Menu selections Final guest count Type of service (buffet, plated, family-style, etc.) Staffing needs Event location and logistics We do not charge per person with a fixed rate. Instead, we calculate a total event cost based on your final guest count and service needs. Generally, the cost per guest becomes more economical as your guest count increases. Smaller events tend to have a higher cost per person because fixed costs (ingredients, prep time, staffing, travel, etc.) are distributed among fewer people. Larger events benefit from better economies of scale, which allows us to offer a more competitive per-guest value. So while smaller events may have a slightly higher cost per person, the overall total cost will still be lower than a large-scale event. We’re happy to walk you through a quote so you can clearly see how the costs break down. Every event is different, and we’re here to make it work for your vision and budget.
