Private Sushi Chef service is best with an available kitchen or prep area. Served at your dining area or kitchen island. If the island is large enough, guests can sit and eat at the island and also enjoy watching the chef prepare sushi right in front of them. Flexible On-Site Sushi Station is best when a dedicated prepare sushi station set up is needed outside the kitchen—such as in a dining area, patio, or event space where no kitchen exists
